Cancelled transfers status means that we could not confirm receipt of your funds.
In cases like this, we present you TRANSFER LOG and require you to let us know if you have made payment by selecting the option that applies to your transfer.
A "Pending transfer status means that a review is currently ongoing to confirm that we received your funds.
Please note that we only debit the amount you authorise for a transfer. If you were charged multiple times for a transfer, open a dispute with your financial institution and they will contact us directly.
If your recipient got a different amount from the amount displayed on screen when you setup your transfer please contact us here and we will review your request.
If your beneficiary is yet to receive the funds 24 hours after transaction status has been completed as successful, please contact us here.
